If the Sun did go around the Earth, what would that look like? Really, think about it. If you saw the Sun rise and set every day, why would you think that we were going round it? Yes, you’d expect educated people to know the right answer, but most Americans believe in Creationism instead of using reason to understand Evolution By Natural Selection, so it’s foolish to compare one quiz question with French intellectualism over all.
But yes, it was mistake.
The Theory of Evolution is fundamentally flawed. They created a theory and then tried to fit in the facts. You can’t use reason to understand Evolution because it will never truly be explainable. Any reasonable person will understand that Evolution is not logical. That said, if they can create a new system where they form the theory on facts, I think I can go with that.
Intelligent Design is even worse than the Theory of Evolution…
