A well-trained officer wouldn’t let anyone who’s acting like that out of the cuffs due to the potential for the suspect reaching for a concealed weapon. It’s a simple rule: Once you’ve got the guy cuffed, you leave ‘em that way.
People will copy this guy, cause there’s proof the officer didn’t read the statement/question in full. This numbnuts can appeal his case, thus wasting tax payers dollars. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to make a law stating that arresting officers must scratch the itches of people in custody? SCRATCH MY NUTS!!!
i saw this on Spike TV’s Americas most amazing videos or something like that and i thought i was gunna pass out from laughing. i’d have to agree with the suspect…when they itch they itch. you gotta hand it to him for asking. the officers reactions were priceless. would u keep a straight face???
an officer also would not read a suspect his rights until he is completely sure of all charges. the charges that were read did not include the confiscation of a conceiled weapon therefore the suspect had already been searched. however i do agree with you about them uncuffing an intoxicated suspect.
Seriously funny – almost tragically so. Why couldn’t they just let that dude scratch his nuts?
